These terms govern the supply of upholstery and interior services by Beloved Upholstery & Interior.
Quotations are estimates based on the information available at the time. Prices may change after inspection. Orders are confirmed once a deposit (if required) has been received.
A deposit may be required for materials or bespoke work. The balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery/collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fabrics are subject to availability and dye-lot variations. We recommend viewing samples under natural light. Client-supplied materials are used at the client's risk.
We take reasonable care with all items. Our liability for loss is limited to the value of the service provided and excludes indirect or consequential loss as permitted by law.
Changes requested after work has commenced may affect price and lead time. Cancellations of custom or special-order work may forfeit deposits.
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supplier or workshop capacity. Clients will be notified of delays.
Because our work is custom, returns are not accepted. If a defect arises due to workmanship within a reasonable period, we will assess and remedy it.
With permission, we may photograph completed work for our portfolio. No client personal information will be published.
